Ty Steele is the Co-Founder of Fair Play Athletics, LLC., youth development and mentoring organization with concentrations in academics, accountability, and athletics. Ty is a native of Pensacola, Fl. and a military veteran as well as a former athlete. His athletic background consists of football, baseball, basketball, and track & field. Ty's love and experience with sports coupled with his military background was the perfect combination to establish him as an effective youth sports coach. Ty has coached youth sports for over 10 years, serving in several capacities from Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach, Coordinator, and Position Coach. Ty is a devoted father to his sons,  Keishon Dean (senior), Ariel Steele (junior) and Ammiel Steele (freshman),  who currently attending Booker T. Washington High in Pensacola, Fl. where they are members of the football, track, and basketball teams.

Eddie Gaston is the Founder/Director of Premier 7v7 Football Association,

 a Spring Football Club that focuses on developing youth football athletes inside and out. Premier 7v7 Football is a Non - Contact Football league that is design to teach and develop student-athlete Middle School and High School. We offer the opportunity for athletes to learn lifelong character traits, the spirit of teamwork and leadership as we develop each athlete. Born and raised in Pensacola, FL. Eddie is the owner of Moah Sports Enterprise and the co-founder of Inflatable Play zone Rental Service. Over the last 5 years he has coached youth football, 7on7 football, and basketball. Eddie enjoys making a difference in his community and kids life. As a Head Coach he has taken his teams to Biloxi,MS, Starkville,MS, Atlanta,GA, Mobile,AL, Hoover,AL, Cocoa Beach,FL, Destin, FL, Panama City,FL, and Orlando, FL giving the kids life experiences, exposure and an opportunity to showcase their talent on a National level.

Born and raised in Pensacola, FL. I've served in the military as a U.S. Navy sailor for 6 years as a Logistics Specialist and Boatswain Mate. While I served, I was appointed to be my unit fitness coordinator for 2 years. And being the son and nephew of professional bodybuilders, my desire for physical training grew larger. After my naval career, I earned my CPT and my Advanced Sports Nutrition Specialist Certification. Shortly after I began running a small class that has grown to what is now Iron Tough Fitness! I've worked with elementary, middle, high school and collegiate individuals (male and female) in my training time, some have gone on to pursue professional careers in sports and medicine. I love fitness and I am willing to help anyone become a better person through healthy eating and exercise. Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer Advanced Sports Nutritionist

​Shan is a devoted husband and Father of 5. He is a native of Pensacola and proud Veteran. He continued his service to others upon his return and is revered as a devoted community leader. Coaching and mentoring is his passion and has served in many positions to include: former Athletic Director of Brent Youth Sports Assoc, Freshman Head Football Coach at B.T Washington HS and current Varsity Wide Receiver coach at Escambia HS. Shan's leadership abilities extend unto his professional endeavors as well. He is currently the District Manager of 8 stores, which allows him continued mentor ship through the employment of the youth in his stores.
